I trekked to bhrigu lake on 4th August 2018. We had to trek through beautiful green trails and mud (as it was raining most of the time). The lake itself is situated at 14009 feet and is beautifully surrounded by the distant peaks. Avoid trekking in monsoon as we did not get the proper views as it was obstructed by the clouds. Happy journey.

Beautiful view with toughest route for beginners trekkers but with patience it can be done easily passed. With high altitude breathing problem for all persons is common. So keep camphor & breathing with it so its not too much difficult to breathing. About 20% snow trek area is covered during trekking so its most important to put your legs wisely & press your shoes on Ice to make well grip on ice. To bring HIKING POLE with you is easy to trek & make well balanced on trek. Wear Rubber Sole well grip Shoes plz don't mistake to bringing your old missing grip shoe its dangerous to you because Rock is sometimes Sleepery due to rain & slope. Bring PONCHO or RAINCOAT with you to protect from rain & safe your Trekking. Keep almost 1L water bottle personally to keep your body not so exhausted and most important thing is to carry only one Small size backpack . In backpack put some snacks, medicines , poncho, water bottle . Wear sunglasses if possible because of at high altitude UV rays is spread so sunglasses protect the eyes. So final keep patience & maintain breathing duration so you can do it beautifully.
