Mattupetty Dam is a reservoir we heard built by the British to irrigate the tea plantation. Beautiful mountains surround this Dam, making it very picturesque. The water is clean and clear greenish blue. Lots of people visit this place. There are activities here like peddle boats, jet boats and jet skies. We tried the jet skies as there was lots of crowd for jet boat. The Jet Ski was 300rs. Per person. Our kids enjoyed the thrilling ride of the jet skies. The peddle boat was 100rs. Per person. There are shops at the Dam side. Mattupetty Dam is a must visit place in Munnar. 👌🏼👍🏻
